C. Public Comment
The Sunnyvale Library Board invites citizens to address the Sunnyvale Library Board on any matter, except items on the agenda and public hearings that are included on the agenda. Comments related to items on the agenda and public hearings will be heard when the specific item/hearing starts. Citizen comments are limited to three (3) minutes, unless otherwise required by law. The Sunnyvale Library Board is not permitted to take any action or discuss any item not listed on the agenda. The Sunnyvale Library Board may choose to place the item on a future agenda.
D. Presentations and Updates
1. Hear an update from the Friends of the Sunnyvale Public Library.
2. Hear the Director's monthly report and Financial Report for August 2024.
E. Discussion and Action Items
1. Discuss, consider, and act upon the minutes from the August 20, 2024 Library Board Meeting.
2. Discuss upcoming events occurring during the months of September and October at the Doris Padgett Public Library.
3. Discuss the financial report for the upcoming fiscal year that begins October 1, 2024.
4. Discuss, consider, and act upon scheduling Library Board meetings in November and December of 2024.

Notice is hereby given that the Sunnyvale Library Board will conduct a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at the Doris Padgett Public Library. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting. Email comments may also be submitted to matthew.kolman@townofsunnyvale.org by 3 p.m. the day of the meeting.
I hereby certify that the foregoing notice was posted at Town Hall, 127 N. Collins Rd., Sunnyvale, Texas and at the Doris Padgett Public Library, 402 Tower Pl., Sunnyvale, Texas, and remained so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting:
